One of my final year projects for my Illustration degree.
The project serves as a pitch for a line of projects designed after cognitive therapy and grounding techniques, in order to help users to deal with short-term issues related to depression and anxiety.
The box includes items that use calming colours, aromatherapy and a tactile feel in order to help with grounding.
